By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using Shravz Matrimony, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, community safety rules, and any additional rules displayed inside the app.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Shravz Matrimony. You represent that all registration and profile information you provide is true, current, and accurate.

Shravz Matrimony is intended for matrimonial discovery and communication between consenting adults. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate age, identity, safety, or authenticity requirements.

Shravz Matrimony provides a platform for users to create matrimonial profiles, discover other profiles, shortlist, communicate, request contact access, save private notes, set reminders, and use related premium features.

We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, compatibility, response from another member, accuracy of all user-provided information, or successful relationship outcomes.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and lawful personal, matrimonial, and contact information.
• Use your own identity, photos, and profile details.
• Keep your login details confidential.
• Update your profile if information changes.
• Use the service only for lawful matrimonial purposes.
• Respect other users’ privacy, consent, dignity, and safety.
• Immediately report fake profiles, scams, harassment, or unsafe behavior.

You must not:

• Create fake, misleading, impersonated, duplicate, or fraudulent profiles.
• Upload photos or documents that do not belong to you.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, blackmail, stalk, or exploit other users.
• Request money, gifts, loans, financial assistance, investments, cryptocurrency, or suspicious payments from other users.
• Share offensive, illegal, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, or harmful content.
• Collect, scrape, copy, or misuse other users’ data or photos.
• Bypass payment, verification, security, or access controls.
• Use the app for escort services, dating scams, commercial solicitation, spam, or non-matrimonial purposes.
• Interfere with the app, servers, databases, APIs, or security systems.

We may use photo verification, selfie comparison, automated systems, manual review, reports, account restrictions, and admin moderation to improve trust and safety.

Verification is not a guarantee of full identity, background, financial status, family details, or intention. Users are responsible for independent checks before sharing sensitive information, meeting in person, or making decisions.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including profile information, photos, messages, notes, and support requests. By using the app, you grant us a limited right to host, process, display, transmit, review, moderate, and store your content for operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights.

Shravz Matrimony may offer credits or other premium features. Credits are digital access units used inside the app for eligible premium actions. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it.

Web users may purchase credits through Stripe. Android app users must use Google Play Billing for in-app digital credit purchases when the Android app is distributed through Google Play. iOS app users must use Apple In-App Purchase when the iOS app is distributed through the App Store.

We may change credit pricing, credit packages, included features, or premium rules at any time. Changes will not remove credits that were already validly added to your wallet unless required for safety, fraud, refund, chargeback, or legal reasons.

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered, except in cases of duplicate payment, failed service delivery, proven technical error, fraud confirmed by us, or where refund is required by applicable law.

Purchases made through Google Play or Apple App Store are also subject to the refund rules and review process of the relevant app store. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

By using the app, you may receive service messages, support replies, safety alerts, payment notifications, phone request updates, reminders, and push notifications. You can manage push notification preferences inside the app, but important account, legal, payment, or safety communications may still be sent where necessary.

Users may block, hide, or report profiles. We may review reports and take action including warnings, content removal, temporary restriction, permanent suspension, deletion, credit reversal, or reporting to authorities where appropriate.

We are not obligated to disclose internal moderation decisions, investigation methods, or safety signals to users.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, created safety risk, misused the service, attempted fraud, violated payment rules, submitted false information, or acted unlawfully.

You may request deletion of your account by using available in-app tools or contacting support.

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. Maintenance, updates, cloud provider issues, network issues, or security actions may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zalepro Soft Solutions FZE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user conduct, false profile information, relationship decisions, meetings, fraud by other users, third-party services, payment provider issues, or service interruptions.

Shravz Matrimony does not provide legal, financial, family, immigration, religious, psychological, or professional advice. Users should make independent decisions and obtain professional advice where necessary.

These Terms are governed primarily by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer protection, privacy, app store, and local laws that may apply to users in India or other jurisdictions where the service is accessed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
